Idaho Code § 67-432 — Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee — Creation — Members.
TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 4 LEGISLATURE 67-432. Joint finance-appropriations committee — Creation — Members. There is hereby created the joint finance-appropriations committee which shall consist of the members of the senate finance committee and the members of the house appropriations committee. Vacancies on the committee which occur during the interim when the legislature is not in session shall be filled by the speaker of the house and the president pro tempore of the senate, but any member thus selected shall be from the same house and the same political party as the member whose seat was vacated, and shall serve until the next regular legislative session.
