Idaho Code § 67-429D — Audit Of Legislative Department.
TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 4 LEGISLATURE 67-429D. Audit of legislative department. Beginning with the two (2) year period of fiscal years 2013 and 2014 and for each succeeding biennium, the council shall engage the services of a certified public accountant to audit the fiscal affairs of the legislative department. Expenditures for such audit shall be paid out of the legislative account.
