Idaho Code § 67-4218 — Department Of Parks And Recreation Created.
TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 42 STATE PARKS 67-4218. Department of parks and recreation created. There is hereby created a department of parks and recreation which shall be, for the purposes of section 20, article IV, of the constitution of the state of Idaho, an executive department of state government.
