Idaho Code § 67-4123 — State Historical Society — Governed By Board Of Trustees.

TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 41 STATE HISTORICAL SOCIETY 67-4123. State historical society — Governed by board of trustees. The Idaho state historical society, hereinafter referred to as the society, shall be governed by a board of trustees. The society and its board of trustees shall, for the purposes of section 20, article IV, of the constitution of the state of Idaho, be within the department of self-governing agencies. The board shall be responsible for administering the powers and duties required to preserve and protect any historical record of the history and culture of Idaho.
