Idaho Code § 67-408 — Attendance Of Witnesses — Service Of Subpoenas.

TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 4 LEGISLATURE 67-408. Attendance of witnesses — Service of subpoenas. The subpoena may be served by the sheriff of any county in which the subpoenaed person may be found or by any person authorized to serve process of courts of record, and the affidavit of the person serving the subpoena that he delivered a copy to the witness is evidence of service.
