Idaho Code § 67-404E — Pending Business.
TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 4 LEGISLATURE 67-404e. Pending business. Any business, bill or resolution pending at the final adjournment of a session shall not be carried over to the next regular or extraordinary session; provided, however, that any such bill or resolution may be reintroduced at any subsequent session of the legislature.
