Idaho Code § 67-404D — Organization Of Second And Extraordinary Sessions.

TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 4 LEGISLATURE 67-404d. Organization of second and extraordinary sessions. On the day set for the assembly of the second regular session or an extraordinary session of the legislature, the presiding officer, or his successor, shall administer the oath of office to new members and proceed with the business of the house in accordance with the rules of the respective houses.
