Idaho Code § 67-401 — Constitution Of Legislature.
TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 4 LEGISLATURE 67-401. Constitution of legislature. The legislature consists of a senate and house of representatives, the members of which are elected from the respective senatorial and representative districts by the qualified electors of said districts.
