TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 38 COMMERCIAL PROPERTY ASSESSED CAPITAL EXPENDITURE ACT 67-3813. joint implementation or administration. (1) A combination of local governments may agree to jointly implement or administer a program pursuant to this chapter. (2)  If two (2) or more local governments implement a program jointly, then a single public hearing held jointly by the cooperating local governments is sufficient to satisfy section 67-3806 (1)(b), Idaho Code. (3)  One (1) or more local governments may contract with a third party, including another local government, to administer a C-PACE program on a nonexclusive basis. (4)  If one (1) or more local governments contract with a third party, including another local government, to administer a C-PACE program, then other qualified third parties must also be granted the right to enter into a contract to administer the program on the same terms.
