Idaho Code § 67-3601 — Application Of Act.
TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 36 STANDARD APPROPRIATIONS ACT OF 1945 67-3601. Application of act. This act shall apply to all existing continuing appropriations, all legislative appropriations made by the twenty-eighth legislature and thereafter, unless express exception is contained in the appropriation act.
