Investigation Of Requests By Administrator

TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 35 STATE BUDGET 67-3518. Investigation of requests by administrator. It is the duty of the administrator of the division of financial management to investigate such requests, to act upon said requests, make the necessary additions or reductions based upon necessary requirements within the amount appropriated, and deliver the same, to the state controller not later than fifteen (15) days prior to the expiration of the current spending authority.
