Idaho Code § 67-303 — Holding Office After Expiration Of Term.
TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 3 STATE OFFICERS IN GENERAL 67-303. Holding office after expiration of term. Every officer elected or appointed for a fixed term shall hold office until his successor is elected or appointed and qualified, unless the statute under which he is elected or appointed expressly declares the contrary. This section shall not be construed in any way to prevent the removal or suspension of such officer, during or after his term, in cases provided by law.
