Idaho Code § 67-302 — Commencement Of Term Of Office.
TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 3 STATE OFFICERS IN GENERAL 67-302. Commencement of term of office. The regular term of office of state and district officers, and of the judges of the Supreme and district courts, shall commence on the first Monday of January next after their election.
