Idaho Code § 67-2904 — Administrator — Appointment, Term, Salary.
TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 29 IDAHO STATE POLICE 67-2904. Administrator — Appointment, term, salary. The director of the Idaho state police shall appoint an administrator of the Idaho state police who shall act as a deputy director and serve at the pleasure of the director. The salary of the deputy director shall be fixed for each term by the director within the limits of any appropriation made therefor.
