Idaho Code § 67-2902 — Director And Deputies — Powers Of Police Officers.

TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 29 IDAHO STATE POLICE 67-2902. Director and deputies — Powers of police officers. The director of the Idaho state police and persons deputized by him as state policemen are peace officers authorized to exercise within any county the same powers as the sheriff thereof.
