Idaho Code § 67-2720 — Duty Of Attorney General To Aid Department.
TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 27 DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE 67-2720. Duty of attorney general to aid department. The attorney general shall when called upon by the department of finance, aid it in any investigation or matter; giving legal advice, and shall supervise the prosecution of all offenders under the provisions of this chapter.
