Idaho Code § 67-2338 — Extraterritorial Benefits Of Public Officers.

TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 23 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS 67-2338. Extraterritorial benefits of public officers. All of the privileges and immunities from liability, exemptions from laws, ordinances and rules, all pension, relief, disability, worker’s compensation insurance, and other benefits that apply to the activity of officers, agents, or employees of any city or political subdivision, when performing their respective functions within the territorial limits of their respective cities or political subdivisions, shall apply to them to the same degree and extent while engaged in the performance of any of their functions and duties extraterritorially.
