Idaho Code § 67-2336 — Qualifications Of Volunteers.
TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 23 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS 67-2336. Qualifications of volunteers. Civil service law and requirements shall not apply to volunteers in any program conducted or sponsored by any agency, department or unit of state government. Requirements for volunteers are limited to requirements set by federal statute and to any requirements set by the agency, department or unit of state government sponsoring the program or service.
