TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 20 STATE BOARD OF EXAMINERS 67-2014. Certification of claim by controller. On all claims submitted to the state board of examiners for their action, the state controller must certify that the claim is in proper form, that the totals carried thereon are correct, that receipts when required by law or regulation of the board covering items for which reimbursement is asked are submitted therewith, and that, subject to the provisions of section 67-1212 , Idaho Code, there are moneys in the state treasury out of which the same may be lawfully paid.
