Idaho Code § 67-2002 — Meetings Of Board — Claims.

TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 20 STATE BOARD OF EXAMINERS 67-2002. Meetings of board — Claims. The state board of examiners shall have regular meetings not less frequently than monthly, and may hold such adjourned or special meetings as the chairman may direct and may meet at any time on call of the chairman or a majority of the board. No claim shall be examined and passed upon by any member unless a majority of the board is present.
