Idaho Code § 67-2001 — Constitution Of Board.

TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 20 STATE BOARD OF EXAMINERS 67-2001. Constitution of board. The board of examiners created by section 18, article IV, of the constitution of the state of Idaho is styled the "State Board of Examiners." The board shall be a self-governing agency in the department of self-governing agencies. The governor is chairman of the said board. The state controller is ex officio secretary of the state board of examiners.
