Idaho Code § 67-1913 — Funds Of Division.
TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 19 STATE PLANNING AND COORDINATION 67-1913. Funds of division. When federal or other funds are received by the division, they shall be promptly transferred to the state treasurer and thereafter be expended only upon the approval of the administrator.
