Idaho Code § 67-1703 — Meeting And Organization.
TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 17 COMMISSIONERS ON UNIFORM LAWS 67-1703. Meeting and organization. The commissioners shall meet in Ada county at least once in two (2) years and shall organize by the election of one (1) of their number as chairman and another as secretary, who shall hold their respective offices for a term of two (2) years and until their successors are elected and qualified.
