Idaho Code § 67-1506 — Financial Report On Schools — Recommendations.
TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 15 STATE SUPERINTENDENT OF PUBLIC INSTRUCTION 67-1506. Financial report on schools — Recommendations. He shall, on or before the first day of December in every year preceding a regular session of the legislature, report to the governor and provide the state board with a copy thereof, on the condition of the public schools, the amount of the state school fund apportioned and sources from which derived, with such suggestions and recommendations relating to the affairs of his office as he may think proper.
