Idaho Code § 67-1220 — Official Bond.

TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 12 STATE TREASURER 67-1220. Official bond. The state treasurer must be bonded to the state of Idaho in the time, form and manner prescribed in chapter 8, title 59 , Idaho Code; provided that in no event shall the amount of the bond be less than the amount of the blanket bond covering other Idaho state employees.
