Idaho Code § 67-1218 — Seal Of Office — Certified Copies Of Documents As Evidence.

TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 12 STATE TREASURER 67-1218. Seal of office — Certified copies of documents as evidence. The treasurer must keep a seal of office for the authentication of all papers, writings and documents required by law to be certified by him; and copies so authenticated and certified, of all papers and documents lawfully deposited in his office, must be received in evidence as the original documents.
