Idaho Code § 67-1042 — Inspection Of Controller’S Books By Legislature.

TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 10 STATE CONTROLLER 67-1042. Inspection of controller’s books by legislature. All the books, papers, letters, and transactions pertaining to the office of the state controller are open to the inspection of a committee of the legislature, or either branch thereof, who shall examine all the state controller’s accounts.
