Idaho Code § 67-1027 — Authority To Recognize Assignments Of Obligations Owing By State.
TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 10 STATE CONTROLLER 67-1027. Authority to recognize assignments of obligations owing by state. The authority of the state controller to recognize assignments of obligations owing by the state of Idaho is limited to those assignments as may be specially approved by the state board of examiners.
