Idaho Code § 66-907 — Admissions To And Charges For Residence At Homes.
TITLE 66 STATE CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS CHAPTER 9 IDAHO VETERANS’ HOME 66-907. Admissions to and charges for residence at homes. The administrator of the division of veterans services in the department of self-governing agencies with the advice of the veterans affairs commission is hereby authorized and directed to establish appropriate admissions criteria for the homes and to establish charges for residence in those cases where residents have available resources for this purpose.
