Idaho Code § 66-403 — Court Jurisdiction.
TITLE 66 STATE CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS CHAPTER 4 TREATMENT AND CARE OF THE DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED 66-403. Court jurisdiction. Judicial proceedings authorized by the provisions of this chapter shall be had in the district court of the county where the respondent resides or is found.
