Idaho Code § 66-335 — Commitment Of Mentally Ill Convicts.

TITLE 66 STATE CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS CHAPTER 3 HOSPITALIZATION OF MENTALLY ILL 66-335. Commitment of mentally ill convicts. Mentally ill convicts may be received into said facilities in accordance with rules and regulations adopted by the board of health and welfare acting in conjunction with the state board of correction.
