Idaho Code § 66-333 — Examination Of Newly Admitted Patients.

TITLE 66 STATE CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS CHAPTER 3 HOSPITALIZATION OF MENTALLY ILL 66-333. Examination of newly admitted patients. Every patient committed to the custody of the department director pursuant to the provisions of section 66-329 , Idaho Code, and admitted to an inpatient facility shall receive a physical and mental health examination as soon as practicable after admission.
