Idaho Code § 66-328 — Jurisdiction Of Proceedings For Commitment.

TITLE 66 STATE CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS CHAPTER 3 HOSPITALIZATION OF MENTALLY ILL 66-328. Jurisdiction of proceedings for commitment. Proceedings for the care of mentally ill persons shall be had in the district court of the county where the person to be treated resides or in the district court of any other county of this state where such person is found.
