Idaho Code § 65-508 — Reemployment And Leave Of Absence.
TITLE 65 SERVICE MEMBERS — VETERANS — SPOUSES AND DEPENDENTS CHAPTER 5 RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES OF VETERANS 65-508. Reemployment and leave of absence. All public employers shall comply with the reemployment, leave of absence, and other provisions of the uniformed services employment and reemployment rights act, 38 U.S.C. section 4301, et seq.
