Idaho Code § 65-303 — Violation A Misdemeanor.
TITLE 65 SERVICE MEMBERS — VETERANS — SPOUSES AND DEPENDENTS CHAPTER 3 OFFICIAL SERVICES FOR VETERANS 65-303. Violation a misdemeanor. The demanding, collection or receiving of any compensation or fee by the officers mentioned in this chapter shall be deemed a misdemeanor.
