Idaho Code § 63-3814 — Proceedings To Conform With Administrative Procedure Act.
TITLE 63 REVENUE AND TAXATION CHAPTER 38 BOARD OF TAX APPEALS 63-3814. Proceedings to conform with administrative procedure act. The proceedings of the board shall be conducted in conformity with the administrative procedure act set out in chapter 52, title 67 , of the Idaho Code, except insofar as this act is inconsistent therewith.
