Idaho Code § 63-3803 — Terms — Election Of Chairman.

TITLE 63 REVENUE AND TAXATION CHAPTER 38 BOARD OF TAX APPEALS 63-3803. Terms — Election of chairman. Of the members first appointed, one (1) shall be appointed for a term to expire on June 30, 1970; one (1) for a term to expire on June 30, 1971; and one (1) for a term to expire on June 30, 1972. Succeeding members shall be appointed for three (3) year terms. Any vacancy shall be filled by the governor for the unexpired term subject to confirmation by the senate at its next regular session. The board shall elect a chairman from its membership and the chairman shall hold office until the first regular meeting of the subsequent fiscal year.
