Idaho Code § 63-3705 — Attorney General Or Designee To Be Nonvoting Member.
TITLE 63 REVENUE AND TAXATION CHAPTER 37 INTERSTATE COMPACT 63-3705. Attorney general or designee to be nonvoting member. The attorney general of this state or his designee shall be a nonvoting member of said commission representing this state.
