Idaho Code § 63-2432 — Civil Action To Prevent Doing Business Without License — Injunction.

TITLE 63 REVENUE AND TAXATION CHAPTER 24 FUELS TAX 63-2432. Civil action to prevent doing business without license — Injunction. If the commission determines that any person is engaged in business as a distributor or special fuels dealer without holding a valid license, it may proceed by injunction or other legal process to prevent the continuance of the business, and an injunction enjoining the continuance of the business by any unlicensed person may be granted without bond by any court or judge authorized by law to grant injunctions.
