Idaho Code § 63-1601 — Declaration Of Intent.
TITLE 63 REVENUE AND TAXATION CHAPTER 16 PREPAYMENT OF TAXES 63-1601. Declaration of intent. It is the intent of the legislature to make provisions available for the prepayment of a portion of certain taxpayers’ ad valorem taxes to minimize the impact on public facilities caused by new business operations within a county.
