Idaho Code § 63-1104 — Bill Of Sale.
TITLE 63 REVENUE AND TAXATION CHAPTER 11 SEIZURE AND SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY FOR TAXES 63-1104. Bill of sale. On payment of the amount bid for the property sold the sheriff shall make out and deliver a bill of sale thereof which, with the delivery of the property sold, vests title thereto, in the purchaser.
