Idaho Code § 62-805 — Penalty For Violation.
TITLE 62 RAILROADS AND OTHER PUBLIC UTILITIES CHAPTER 8 TELEGRAPH AND TELEPHONE MESSAGES 62-805. Penalty for violation. Any telegraph or telephone company or person owning, controlling or operating any telegraph or telephone line or system within this state, in whole or in part, or any employee thereof, violating any of the provisions of this chapter, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in a sum not exceeding $300.
