Idaho Code § 62-309 — Separability.
TITLE 62 RAILROADS AND OTHER PUBLIC UTILITIES CHAPTER 3 RAILROAD CROSSINGS ON HIGHWAYS 62-309. Separability. If any part or parts of this chapter shall be held to be unconstitutional, such unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity of the remaining parts of this chapter.
