Idaho Code § 61-908 — Saving Clause.
TITLE 61 PUBLIC UTILITY REGULATION CHAPTER 9 ISSUANCE OF SECURITIES BY PUBLIC UTILITIES 61-908. Saving clause. If any part or parts of this act shall be adjudged by the courts to be unconstitutional or invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of any part or parts thereof which can be given effect without the part or parts adjudged to be unconstitutional or invalid.
