Idaho Code § 61-806 — Commission — Rules Of Practice And Procedure.
TITLE 61 PUBLIC UTILITY REGULATION CHAPTER 8 STRAY CURRENT AND VOLTAGE REMEDIATION ACT 61-806. Commission — Rules of practice and procedure. In all matters arising under this chapter which are submitted to the commission for decision, order or review, procedure shall be governed by the commission rules of practice and procedure.
