Idaho Code § 61-710 — Penalty For Violations By Corporation Other Than A Public Utility.

TITLE 61 PUBLIC UTILITY REGULATION CHAPTER 7 PUBLIC UTILITIES LAW — ENFORCEMENT, PENALTIES, AND INTERPRETATION 61-710. Penalty for violations by corporation other than a public utility. Every corporation, other than a public utility, which violates any of the provisions of this act, or which fails to obey, observe or comply with any order, decision, rule, direction, demand or requirement or any part or provision thereof, of the commission under the provisions of this chapter, in a case in which a penalty has not hereinbefore been provided for, such corporation is subject to a penalty of not more than $2000 for each and every offense.
