Idaho Code § 61-519 — Express Service — Delivery Of Telephone Messages.

TITLE 61 PUBLIC UTILITY REGULATION CHAPTER 5 POWERS AND DUTIES OF PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION 61-519. Express service — Delivery of telephone messages. The commission shall also have power to provide the time within which express packages shall be received, gathered, transported and delivered at destination and the limits within which express packages shall be gathered and distributed and telephone messages delivered without extra charge.
