Idaho Code § 61-404 — Copies Of Maps And Records To Be Furnished.
TITLE 61 PUBLIC UTILITY REGULATION CHAPTER 4 REPORTS BY PUBLIC UTILITIES 61-404. Copies of maps and records to be furnished. Whenever required by the commission every public utility shall deliver to the commission copies of any and all maps, profiles, contracts, agreements, franchises, reports, books, accounts, papers and records in its possession or in any way relating to its property or affecting its business containing evidence relating to the merits of or pertinent to the hearing of any issue pending before the commission.
