Idaho Code § 61-209 — Seal.
TITLE 61 PUBLIC UTILITY REGULATION CHAPTER 2 PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION 61-209. Seal. The commission shall have a seal bearing the following inscription: "Idaho public utilities commission." The seal shall be affixed to all writs and authentications of copies of records and to such other instruments as the commission shall direct. All courts shall take judicial notice of said seal.
