Idaho Code § 61-1706 — Construction Standards.
TITLE 61 PUBLIC UTILITY REGULATION CHAPTER 17 SITING OF CERTAIN ELECTRICAL TRANSMISSION FACILITIES 61-1706. Construction standards. Each transmitting utility will construct, install, operate, and maintain its transmission facility in compliance with the current edition of the national electrical safety code published by the institute of electrical and electronic engineers, inc. Transmission facilities shall be constructed and operated in a manner to best accommodate the public and to prevent interference with service furnished by other public utilities insofar as practical.
